1. Where the reviews come from
Planeta Seniora publishes two kinds of review, and we always label which one you are looking at.
- Reviews marked “external source” were collected from publicly available care-home directory sites. They were not submitted to us and we have no contact with their authors.
- Reviews without that label were submitted directly through the form on a facility's page on our site.
2. Do we verify that reviews come from actual customers
No. We do not verify whether the author actually used the facility's services, or whether their relative stayed there.
For reviews submitted through our form we ask for an email address, but we currently do not confirm it and require no proof of stay. For reviews collected from third-party sites we do not even have that contact.
This means every review on the site should be treated as unverified. We state this to meet the obligation under art. 12(1)(24) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
3. What we did with externally collected reviews
- We reduced author names to initials so that we do not publish personal data of people who never consented to it.
- We do not alter review text or the ratings given.
- We label them “external source” everywhere they appear.
- We exclude them from the rating passed to search engines in structured data. The rating shown in Google results is based solely on reviews submitted through our own form.
4. What we do not do
- We do not remove negative reviews at a facility's request.
- We accept no payment for publishing, changing, hiding or reordering reviews.
- We do not publish reviews written by ourselves or commissioned from third parties.
- A facility's visibility in search results does not depend on the content of reviews about it.
5. When we remove a review
We remove reviews containing unlawful or abusive content, personal data of third parties, advertising, or which plainly do not concern the facility in question.
A facility owner who has claimed their profile can reply publicly to any review from their panel. The reply appears beneath the review and neither replaces nor hides it.
6. Reports and data removal
If you wrote a review that we collected from a third-party site and do not want it published here, write to us - we will remove it promptly and without asking for a reason.
If you represent a facility and believe a review is untrue or unlawful, report it to kontakt@planetaseniora.pl. We assess every report individually.
