Is the facility profile really free?
Yes. Claiming your profile, running it, the statistics panel and replying to reviews are free, now and in the future. The only paid option is promotion, and you don't have to use it.
What does promotion cost and what exactly do I pay for?
You pay once for the days and voivodeships you choose, from 19 zł. The price depends on the number of days (longer promotion costs less per day), the number of voivodeships, how many homes are promoting in the region at the same time, and how soon it starts. You see the exact price in the panel before you pay.
Do I have to sign a contract or take out a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no notice period. You buy promotion once, when you need it - by card, BLIK or Przelewy24.
How do I claim a profile that's already on the site?
Find your home in the search on this page and click “Claim profile”. Write to us from the e-mail address listed for your home - we'll check the request and send you a personal link to the panel.
My home isn't on the site. What should I do?
Add it yourself: create an owner account and fill in photos, a description, prices and a phone number. Once the profile is complete it goes live. Adding a home is free.
Can I cancel a promotion?
Yes. Write to us from your account's e-mail address. The refund is calculated as of the day we receive your message and is sent within 14 days.
Does promotion change the order of the other results?
No. Promoted homes appear in a separate, clearly labelled slot above the results. The order of the other results doesn't depend on payment.
I run several homes. Can I manage them from one account?
Yes. You can assign several homes to one account and switch between them in the panel.
